"The educational leadership and management doctoral program at Alliant allowed me the opportunity to collaborate, network and learn from other educators. The faculty and administration was very flexible and assisted me with my varied needs as a working professional and mother. The rigorous curriculum and experiencing learning at higher levels of critical thinking now allows me a perspective to analyze and perceive situations from varied angles. I would not have had the confidence to become an elementary school principal had I not experienced the doctoral process. I know I have grown academically and now have the opportunity to apply the learning as an elementary principal to positively affect student achievement."
