"In an MBA class with 20 students, I will have at least 14 countries represented… what it means is there is really no one dominant culture here.”

–Dr. Louise Kelly, Professor of Strategy, School of Management"

B.A. International Relations

Do you want to change the world? First you have to know how it works. That means understanding politics. With a focus on U.S. domestic politics and foreign policy, our Bachelor of Arts in International Relations allows students to conceptualize and analyze domestic and world politics.

GAIN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

Like all the programs in Alliant’s School of Management, the BA in International Relations places a strong emphasis on practical application of knowledge. Under the mentorship of faculty from leading global institutions, you will gain extensive practical experience by doing an internship in the industry, thereby remaining current with your field’s latest developments.

GAIN GLOBAL INSIGHTS

Also in keeping with School of Management standards, the curriculum is designed to be responsive to the needs of the new global marketplace. You will learn about a broad range of situations in business and management in preparation for a career in international and multicultural environments.

TRANSFER CREDITS TO A MASTER’S

A special benefit of this program is the opportunity to transfer credits to our Master of Arts in International Relations program—opening up numerous professional opportunities.
